Where are you located?
We’re locoated at 816 W College St, Marshall, MO 65340, on the southwest corner of College St. and Miami Ave. (by Orschelns and AutoZone).
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 7am – 7pm Monday through Saturday, and 9am – 5pm on Sundays. On rare occasions, we may have to close during these hours to take care of mechanical items or due to inclement weather. Please click on ‘Hours’ in our main navigation menu to see any latest holiday hours.
Do you close on bad weather days?
Our staff is typically on site, however when the roads are wet or snowy, and/or we’re experiencing extreme freezing temperatures, we may have to temporarily close. Please remember if you wash in below freezing temperatures your doors and windows may freeze shut.
Are the vacuums free?
Yes! We offer 17 powerful, self-serve vacuum stations that are complementary with the purchase of any wash! We also offer different hose types; a crevice attachment for the hard to reach cheerios between the seats, as well as a larger claw attachment to quickly vacuum up the pet hair.
Do you provide any interior detailing?
No, we are an express, exterior car wash only. We have found that this particular type of car wash model allows us to provide our customers with a fast, inexpensive, high quality wash every time.
What are the benefits of Ceramic Sealant?
Simoniz Ceramic Sealant is a revolutionary paint protection coating which improves the reflective properties of both the paint as well as the underlying clear coat, leaving your vehicle with a clear, deep shine! Ceramic Sealant protects the vehicle’s surface from the sun’s UV rays and can slow down the process of oxidation substantially. This coating also produces a surface that is chemically resistant to environmental acidic elements, etching and staining.
Do you offer a Clean Car Guarantee?
Absolutely! We aim for 100% satisfaction every time. If we missed a spot or didn’t get your wash perfect the first time through, please pull back around before leaving the site and let our staff know so we can rewash you for free.
Do you offer a Rain Guarantee?
Our Unlimited Wash Club allows you to wash your vehicle all you want, and you never need to worry about the unpredictability that Missouri weather brings. The guarantee does not apply to single washes.
Do I stay inside my car?
Yes! Our state-of-the-art dual belt conveyor system allows you to remain inside your vehicle while it is guided through the tunnel where it is soaked, soaped, and washed with multiple soft-cloth brushes, then high-pressure rinsed with a spot free solution for high shine, and dried with high-powered dryers. Total wash time, from wash entrance to exit, averages about 3 minutes!
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards. Our convenient pay kiosks, license plate reader technology, and App all provide a convenient, contactless transaction!
Will the car wash scratch my car?
No! We use closed-cell foam and soft cloth brush materials that are designed to provide a thorough and high-quality wash without scratches or damage to your vehicle. We also use top line soaps and processes that are safe for your vehicle’s finishes.
What are the restrictions for your tunnel?
We are unable to wash vehicles taller than 7’2″. Please ask before washing if your vehicle is older than 10 years old or has modified/non-factory parts or any parts that are loose, rusty, cracked, chipped or previously damaged. We don’t wash pick-ups with external fuel tanks, greasy goose necks or dually’s.
Before entering the wash, please empty truck beds, ensure automatic wipers are turned off, CB & power antennas are lowered or removed, bike racks and ladder racks are removed, and license plates are properly secured.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
We appreciate everything our service members do for us! Visit us on Veterans Day when we thank our military servicemen and women with free washes all day!
Do you recycle your water?
Yes! Our state-of-the-art equipment features a water reclaim system which recycles up to 90% and reuses the majority of the water during each wash cycle.
This equates to significant water savings over traditional commercial car washes or do-it-yourself car washing.

How do I sign up for the Unlimited Wash Club?
You can sign-up for our Unlimited Wash Club through the Wild Blue App, on our website, or using any of the pay lanes at the car wash. Your credit card will automatically be charged each month on the anniversary date.
Do you offer a family plan/multi-vehicle discount?
Yes! We value our loyal wash club members. When you add a second vehicle to your account, that vehicle will receive a 20% discount every single month! Plus, vehicles 3-5 will receive a 30% discount every month! Valid on any wash package; discounted wash packages must be same as original account. All vehicles must be charged to the same household account/credit card. To receive the family discount, please visit our attendant at the wash, or call 660-553-4511.
Can I really cancel or update my membership at any time, without any penalty?
Yes, we’re all about a no hassle customer experience. You can simply delete your credit card from the website or mobile application and continue to wash through the subscription end date. If canceling by email or phone, please allow a minimum of 5 business days prior to the next billing date to effectively cancel your subscription. No credits or refunds will be given for partial or unused months.
How does Wild Blue Car Wash recognize my vehicle as a member of the Wash Club?
Wild Blue Car Wash uses state-of-the art License Plate Reader technology that scans your license plate as you pull up to the gate, verifies that your account is current and attaches the wash package you signed-up for. All that in just seconds and without the sticky stickers cluttering your windshield. It’s really that cool!
